Statement of Faith

• Creation reveals the glory of God:
  •  God is the sovereign Creator who is all-powerful and delights in His creation. He created all things through the Word of His power and He calls His creation good.
• The gospel:
  • Humanity is sinful and fallen, undeserving of God’s perfect love. Christ took on human form and lived a sinless life. He died a painful death by crucifixion, offering himself as a perfect sacrifice for sinful man. In doing so, He took the sins and brokenness of the world upon Himself. Three days later, He rose again from the dead, defeating death forever. By repenting from sin and placing faith in Him alone, humanity is reconciled to God through the completed work of His Son. 
• The authority of Scripture:
  • All science, literature, education, resources, abilities, and talents bow to the supremacy of Christ. It is Christ whose Word stands final and forever. Humanity can never be a source of truth because we are fallible and constantly changing. The God we serve is faithful and true and He alone establishes what is right and wrong through His Word. 
• The humanity of the unborn child:
  • Life begins at the moment of fertilization and bears the image of God from conception onward. Life is fashioned – fearfully and wonderfully – by God in the womb and it is from Him that the right to life is derived. We recognize that life in the womb is not ours to take and the pro-abortion industry relies on euphemisms and outright lies regarding the humanity of the child in the womb. This dehumanization of the child in the womb extends to the dehumanization of the mother as well.
• The inherent value of women as Image-bearers:
  • We recognize that God’s Word establishes a sovereign design for a family that represents the Good News of the Gospel. The pro-life message affirms a biblical sexual ethic within the protective covenant and provision of marriage. The pro-life message valorizes parenthood and celebrates the gift of life and the blessing of children.
